How much do you charge for delivery?
For deliveries within the UK, all orders under £50.00 have a £3.00 delivery charge. Orders over £50.00 are sent free of charge. Please contact us for delivery charges for other destinations.

How long will it take?
All items in stock are despatched by Royal Mail the next working day after we receive your order. In the unlikely event of a product being out of stock, we'll contact you with the expected shipping date. Deliveries by Royal Mail would normally reach you within 3 or 4 days of despatch, occasionally a little longer.

How can I be certain to order the correct replacement cartridge?
Our product pages are designed to make it as easy as possible to identify the correct cartridge. Sometimes manufacturers upgrade their filters but we always aim to show any codes for models which have been superseded. We also offer compatible filters for certain models, either in addition to, or instead of the manufacturers original. Again we make this clear in the product description. Compatibility stated in our product descriptions is based on our extensive knowledge, experience and customer feedback so you can order with confidence.

I can't see the correct filter for my fridge. Can you still help?
Please let us know the make of your fridge and as much detail as possible about your current cartridge. We’ll do everything we can to identify the correct replacement and get it sent out to you.

What if my order arrives and it's incorrect or damaged?
Our only concern is your satisfaction. Although we take great care in providing detailed compatibility information to make sure you select the correct item, occasionally mistakes occur. We’re always happy to change an item if it’s wrong, simply charging or refunding any difference in price. If your order arrives damaged please inform us immediately so we can get a replacement sent straight away. We will need you to return the damaged item (at our expense).

Can I return my order?
Returns for any reason other than being incorrect or damaged are accepted for up to 30 days from invoice date for a full refund. Please contact us first as we always welcome the opportunity to correct any problem to your satisfaction. Items returned must be complete, unused and in re-saleable condition. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.

What about further discounts?
We strive to keep our prices among the lowest around, so the opportunity to offer further discount is limited. However, if you're able to club together with family or friends and submit an order for 12 filters or more (which can be of more than one type) it would attract a discount of upto 10% subject to our confirmation. This cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
